@TakeThatFanatic Sorry to comment on such an old post...but I wondered have you any tips on how to get the tablets to dilute any quicker? Waiting and stirring for 15 minutes at 5am isn't fun π Hope the response is still going well!
#PKU advice needed please! I've recently lowered my exchanges to move on to Sapropterin but I am struggling with medium exchange meals/snacks. I'm finding it easy to find 0g meals/snacks and easy to find 6-8g meals but I'm struggling with the 1-4g. Any favourites you can suggest?
@ClairBear42 Beans are good but the small cans (not mini) are almost 10 exchanges π I haven't seen the mini packs but even the small ones don't go far on toast! I'd like to try GF puff - if you get on with it, let me know please? ππ
@ClairBear42 I love cereal, haven't tried Koko yogurt on it though. I'm having cornflakes alot though as I find they're good g/exchange. I've ordered some Nutricia cereal which I hope to get on with π€
@emmavardy2 Ohh Philly, I hadn't thought of that. Thank you! If I can squeeze in a yogurt, I sometimes do. I'll have a try of petit filou as I've never tried them before π thank you!
@PKUFamily@poconnor That being said, thinking about it - I think as easy as Nutricia make it with home delivery, I think it would form part of my decision making if there needed to be a different decision
@PKUFamily@poconnor I run the exact same theory and have done since I was a kid. I now have the LQ20s and while not exactly wonderful, I know they're manageable and happy not to shop around
@ReddyBass @sohebsoheb @ClairBear42@PKUFamily@PKUlicious Always been TRYING to do once a month. Varying success over the years though. Go through good patches and terrible patches. Have never been able to get it regular enough though
Special plea!
Hoping for 10 new followers before sunday's meeting of the NSPKU team.... can I get to 3,000 by then??
Please RT in case anyone with #PKU on a #lowprotein diet isn't yet following me and wants to start!

First time trying BFree sweet potato wraps (1.2g/ wrap), filled with veg and @ViolifeFoods TexMex. Really nice texture, will definitely become a regular easy dinner π
