@Bookingcom I had to leave a hotel early due to unsafe, uninhabitable conditions (no water/electricity) and now you’re refusing a refund. This is unacceptable. Hopefully @CitizensAdvice and @WhichUK can help me resolve. Customer safety should be your priority!
@bookingcom By failing to do so, you may be liable for misrepresentation and negligence. I couldn’t keep my 2-year old son in a hotel that couldn’t provide basic amenities and had safety issues (e.g exposed wires in a children’s pool). Hopefully this can be settled with a full refund. 2/2
