Head of Commercial at @IWMDuxford and @IWMNorth. Does air show stuff. All views are my own, even those that I've blatantly plagiarised. East & NPUA L3 umpire.
22 years @IWMDuxford & I've now flown in a Spitfire!
Not only did I get to fly in (& pilot!) one in Sqdn 19 colours, I also flew with two Dunkirk vets; Hurricane P2902 & Spitfire N3200. It was an incredible experience & one I will never forget. thx to all at @ACDuxford ๐๐ฉ๏ธ

The personal highlight of the @IWMDuxford History Festival was meeting Flt Lt Colin Bell, Mosquito pilot in the Second World War. An absolutely amazing man with some incredible stories. Thanks to @PhilChaplin_ for the pictures.
@militaryhistori Thanks means on Sunday 26 July, it's 30,000 days since D-Day. I wonder if I can paint stripes on @IWMDuxford's Spitfire N3200? It was technically in France then (albeit rather sandy)
