Testing out the DJI Osmo Pocket 3 with the Tilta Hydra Alien Mini rig for some rolling video footage of this 2024 Lamborghini Urus Performante. I’ve got the DJI Mini Mic mounted on the license plate frame of the Urus. I should have turned off the internal mic on the Osmo. Oh well, lesson learned.

I shared the Gospel with a lady that sat next to me on a flight 8 years ago.

We added each other on Facebook, and I invited her to attend a service at our little Church plant. She never showed up or messaged me back, until...

The other day, I received a message from her on FB.

Apparently, God saved her a few years after our interaction.

This was a huge encouragement for me this week, and a timely reminder that the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.

How many opportunities do we miss in our day-to-day lives to engage not-yet-believers with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, all so we can finish a podcast episode or an audiobook?

We are not ALL called to preach the gospel in pulpits or on street corners, BUT WE ALL are called to make disciples! Which means proclaiming the gospel to friends, coworkers, family, & neighbors.

Are you known for being the "Jesus guy" at work?
Do people expect you to bring up Christ and his word?

The fact of the matter is you talk about what you love.

If you love Christ, you'll talk about him.

I share this story not to toot my own horn. In fact, this message actually convicted me. I have allowed stress and the busyness of life sap much of my evangelistic zeal lately.

But God so graciously gave me this reminder that his word NEVER returns void! And he is using the everyday faithfulness of his people, proclaiming His love, to save sinners and advance his kingdom.

I pray that this convicts/encourages you, too.

People didn't yell to "crucify" Jesus because He was really nice, tolerant, non-judgmental, all-inclusive, and affirming.

People yelled "crucify" because He claimed to be God, said that He was the only way, called out sin, and rejected what culture and religion had accepted.
