Yes, human skin cells are make up entirely of the unique DNA produced by the person that created them. Human offspring has unique DNA separate from the father and the mother. What part of the word "unique" is too advanced for you to grasp?

What does drawing breath have to do with anything? If a baby is a water birth and before it emerges from the pool, but is fully delivered, is it okay to break it's neck?

Fetuses do show recognition of their parents' voices, which is memory. They respond to stimuli. If you want to include self-awareness, then you better be okay with post-birth baby murder as well, since it's not demonstrable that infants have self-awareness any more than fetuses do.

A fetus has exactly as much humanity as a born baby, being that they are both human beings. You'd have to demonstrate how physical location dictates humanity.

I used exactly your logic to determine that personhood begins at three. It's clear youre unfamiliar with the principles of logic altogether, which I suppose explains your inability to identify any concrete differences between a baby 30 minutes from being born and a baby born 30 minutes ago as far as moral worth, and why the difference in location dictates personhood.

Murder is a legal definition referring to the unjustified killing of another human being. Being that every cell in that fetus is made of unique and separate DNA from the mother, it's a distinctly separate human being.

Fetus is another developmental stage of a human, just the same as a child or baby or adolescent. Quit deluding yourself into feeling morally justified in supporting murder.
