Worst kind of customer service experience! All systems are failing and those responsible for Customer Service (Marcelle Spears in particular) are hostile to say the least. Seriously thinking of going to Small Claims Court on principle alone.

Extremely difficult to ask for a refund owed to us by @Nationwide_Hire, complete with a show of hostility from a Customer Service Manager called Marcelle Spears. The ironical and amusing bit is that their email signatures state a "zero tolerance policy from abusive customers"!
