Make your wheelchair pushing more efficient by building up strength in the pushing motion.
More strength means less effort on each push, allowing you to go further and be less tired doing so.
Little work goes a long way.

I love resistance bands. They are my go to piece of equipment. Super versatile and portable I can get a great workout done.
However they have limits and one is doing back exercises because they need to be attached to something. That's where this door anchor comes in handy.
