When a client leaves IAPT not feeling better, they don't say "This brief, limited session mannualised therapy hasn't worked for me", they say

"THERAPY" hasn't worked for me"

& can come away thinking they are beyond help.
54% of IAPT clients don't come for a 2nd session.
