After nearly a week of intensive training, the Regional Film Competition participants in the Northern Region have been looking forward to this moment, the RFC Northern Region Awards Gala,happening now in Arua District. Representing the Executive Director of @UCC_Official, the Director of Engineering & Infrastructure, Eng. Alfred Bogere officiated the award ceremony.
In his remarks, he noted that as the industry grows, so must our standards. Good storytelling must be matched with respect for intellectual property, professional contracts between producers and actors, responsible portrayal of sensitive issues, and compliance with national content standards.
