@nigeriantribune Why is Lagos always makes life unbearable for people. Nearly all their penalties for any offense starts from 50 thousand naira and above, this is nearly equivalent to a month salary of some people. That is why an adage says "owo eko, eko ni gbe". Please let Lagos breath.
