This paper identifies 3 models of state prosecution powers - relating differently to individuals' rights of action. It borrows from theories of criminal law, and argues that such powers are justified because discrimination is also a public wrong against the whole community. 2/3

So angry to see human rights organizations & supposedly progressive forces that cant find the words to condemn the insane killing of innocents in Israel. It's not that complicated to oppose the murder and kidnapping of women & children and also continue to oppose the occupation.
