If controllable, you do hold some responsibility, now I don't say this so there should be any lesser punishment to criminal - full extent of law and harshest sentence. Regardless it is a misdemeanor, so framing it as a rape victim is just as bad and disingenuous.

I gave concrete examples of fossils you can look at that are very old and you can identify them by what they look like now. Did species "change" over time? Yes. Did they evolve? No. You can play loose and say, well changes are evolution.
