Ish Kumar was arrested for no fault of his in a matrimonial dispute by the Police Station of Keshavpuram under BNSS Sections for breaching peace (CrPC 107/151). Supreme Court made it clear in many judgements and guidelines that Police shall refrain from arresting husbands in matrimonial disputes but still Police keep arresting husbands blindly under preventive sections of BNSS.
PS: When we went to meet the IO Nitesh at around 9.30 PM, he was enjoying Liquor Party inside the IO room in the Police Station Building. He became so angry and rude with us because as per him we disturbed his liquor Party. Is it allowed for Policemen to drink inside the Police Station?

The law ministry needs legal reforms in the Rape and the POCSO Act law

In Pocso, bail cannot be granted even if #FalseCases filed. Men are sent to jail and it will take decades to prove his innocence. Till then he will not get bail.
