#AmazonIndia Very disappointed with your service in India. Ordered dining table which came damaged, called on August 12th the day of delivery. Since then everyday I have to call as return pick up is being cancelled each time and when I call new pick up is arranged.

@AirIndiaX poor service SLA on charges waive off change fee for M5RZHJ. It was suppose to be done by May 8th, but today is May 10, still not done. Multiple calls to customer happiness team is of no luck and same response it will be done in few hours. Very bad service.

@AirIndiaX I had no choice than cancelling after waiting for 4 days. I would have got nothing but a surprise at the airport to pay the fees. All your so called happiness team answers where it will be done in few hours with last call promise to resolve in 30 minutes.
