@giscope@davidasinclair I don't think the optimum dose in humans has been established. But I take 500 mg every other day. I also try do my exercise early AM & take after exercise.
@Trav_Roebuck@davidasinclair I too have noticed I feel slightly sick after my morning supplements. Not sure if it's the quercetin or turmeric. It soon passes though and makes fasting very easy π
@davidasinclair@ScienceMagazine Would be amazing to know what dosage you are taking. I take 1g two days a week at the moment which is a complete guess.
@davidasinclair Would be great if a study was done on optimum dosage for resveratrol in humans. I take it 5 days a week & 2 days off, guessing this might be than better everyday... Its definitely cheaper
@davidasinclair It certainly is good news but wish UK government would do more to promote healthy living more than they do. Prevention is better than cure.
@davidasinclair@EPFL_en Just bought my first urolithin a supplement. Quite expensive as it's high quality so I am going to take when I don't have my normal pomegranate. Looking forward to seeing if I get any results
@fuzz791 @BBCNews A real problem to the NHS is the amount of cheap and sometimes very sugary cheap alcohol people drink outside of pubs. We need to follow Scotland and have a minimum price per unit on alcohol. Its a win for peoples health, a win for the pubs and a win for the treasury.
