I’ve been building my own open-source multi-agent app for weeks: BeeAgents 🐝
A hive of AI agents working for you. A queen coordinates the work, with scouts researching, builders creating, and guardians reviewing.
If all goes well, v1 launches on GitHub this weekend 👇
Is SaaS really dead—or is “I can build this” no longer enough?
AI makes it easier to build cheaper alternatives, sometimes with free source code.
What would still make you pay monthly: reliability, support, convenience, or something else?
What the hell is happening?
One guy made a datafast clone and started selling lifetime access for $29.
Within 24 hours, another guy cloned that and open sourced it 😭
Is saas really dead now?
@XiaodaoJiang1 BeeAgents is a multi-agent app I’m building: a queen coordinates tasks, builders carry them out, and guardians review the results. The goal is to let you delegate a workflow to a team instead of juggling separate chats. Still in development 🐝
I’d love to meet more people building useful things 👋
I’m working on BeeAgents and Zeltrika, and sharing the progress along the way.
Building an app, SaaS, AI tool or open-source project? Tell me what it does and what you’re working on next.
Especially keen to follow people who share the process: demos, decisions, mistakes and small wins. Let’s connect 🤝
@powlymoli That’s the part I’m trying to get better at too. With Zeltrika, I’m finishing a paid product while traffic is still small. How do you check demand before spending more time building—conversations, a waitlist, or putting a rough version in front of people?
@rkbdevir7 That’s a useful set of backend problems to learn together. A good test case: the payment succeeds, but the worker crashes before acknowledging the message. Can the retry happen without charging twice? Are you testing failure scenarios like that?
Show me an app you built with AI that looks like it took a whole team to create.

I’d love to see what solo builders are shipping in 2026.
Building the app is only the beginning. Keeping it running is the other half.
An agent that investigates production issues and validates fixes could be a big deal for solo builders.
This Week in Replit
1) Stripe Atlas on Replit. Ask Replit to incorporate your business through the Stripe MCP integration, with 20% off when you incorporate through Replit.
→ Try it today. Ask Replit: "Incorporate my business with Stripe Atlas"
2) Chat and asset sharing. Give your teammate the full context rather than just the summary. Share a whole chat or a single asset with selected teammates or your whole workspace. No copy-pasting the whole chat.
→ Hit Share at the top of your chat: https://t.co/kBSSIupDTL
3) Create and update skills. Turn useful workflows from your conversations and projects into reusable workspace skills. Replit suggests new skills or improvements to existing ones, and you approve them before they're saved.
→ Nailed a workflow? Ask Replit: "Turn this into a skill"
4) Meet Replit for Government. National, state, local, tribal, and territorial governments can now turn shared knowledge into useful tools. Because public service deserves better software.
5) Security update. Recent vulnerabilities in widely used third-party software created risks across the internet. Replit patched infrastructure, updated language tooling, and blocked exploits to protect your apps. Where you need to republish, you'll get clear instructions.
6) Meet Replit Monitoring Agent, your autonomous on-call engineer. It can see, fix, and deploy changes autonomously. Turn on Monitoring alerts and Auto-fix, and add Auto-republish to ship validated fixes on their own.

@VVatk27 Congrats on 2K, Vicky! 👏 I’m Adrián, working on AI tools and sharing the build process. Always happy to meet people posting their demos and lessons along the way. What are you building at the moment?
@ErnestoSOFTWARE The explainer format makes sense for showing what an app actually does. I’d be interested in the step after the views: do you track which videos bring sign-ups, and which bring people who keep using the product?
@julienrenaux Pulling up a chair 👋 I’m building BeeAgents and Zeltrika. The part I’d most like to compare notes on is getting those first people to try what we build. What are you working on, Julien?
I’m not just building products with AI.
I’m building my best physique too.
Working toward my first bodybuilding competition. Different kind of building. Same commitment. 💪

@imryanarya007 Nice to meet you, Ryan 🤝 I’m interested in the practical side of AI: turning it into tools people can actually use. Currently building an agent app and software for businesses and trainers. Always keen to compare notes with other builders.
@alwaysnelson Hi Nelson! Adrián here, building BeeAgents and a few web products. Your point about learning from each other resonates—seeing why someone changed direction can be as useful as seeing the launch. What are you experimenting with lately?
@FastRevLab Rooting for you, Matthew! Turning a project into something people genuinely use feels like a good first step toward that freedom. What’s the first milestone you’re aiming for with what you’re building?
@theneil07@X Hey Neil 👋 Always up for talking with people actually making things. I’m working on AI agents and tools for businesses and trainers. What’s a project you’d happily spend an entire weekend building?
@scottcaputo Hey Scott! My projects sit across a few of those: business management software, a trainer app, and BeeAgents for AI-agent workflows. Lots to build, but I’m also trying to get better at sharing the process. Happy to connect 🤝
