The poem my great grandfather wrote whilst he was a prisoner of war in Germany for 4 years, he tried to escape the camp digging using a spoon, and smuggled the stone and dirt out with his sock, day by day, he built a tunnel and just before the war ended the tunnel collapsed, but he managed to survive, and eventually made his way out. I like to think I inherited his grit and determination, and the gutspah to keep pushing through despite terrible adversity. Rest easy grandad ❤️

i dont do philosphical posts often..but when i do, i hope to make people stop and think..so i dont involve myself in TV culture or sport or politics anymore, havent for years, because to me, they distract me from what makes me happy and what im on earth to do, we all have a certain ammount of energy, we are literal living batteries, and if youre giving your energy away to things that arent going to improve your life or benefit you or others around you that are important to you, then why waste it? Anyhow, thats how i look at it, if you like TV, sports, or politics, then thats great, we all have free choice, but i prefer to choose what benefits me for my lived experience, some people benefit from those things, I don't, and thats the important disctinction to make. As above so below.

I’m the same dreaming 7 year old nerd, imagining what crazy things I could build, only I’m 33 now, and now I have AI coding to help me, we are about to advance 1000 years in 100, we are the pioneers of the new age, yes, that includes vibecoders. Thank you to all those engineers, scientists, designers and artists who led us to this moment, and gave humanity this second chance collectively.
