आगरा कैंट रेलवे स्टेशन पर हुई घटना के संबंध में रेलवे प्रशासन ने तत्काल संज्ञान लेते हुए प्रथम दृष्टया प्राप्त तथ्यों के आधार पर 2 ASI समेत 4 RPF कर्मियों को निलंबित कर दिया है। मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच हेतु 03 सदस्यीय जांच समिति गठित की गई है। जांच रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने के उपरांत रेलवे नियमों के अनुसार आवश्यक विभागीय कार्रवाई की जाएगी।

डिप्टी स्टेशन अधीक्षक नरेंद्र सिंह चाहर और RPF जवानों के बीच जमकर मारपीट, रेलवे स्टेशन पर दो विभागों के कर्मचारियों के बीच भिड़ंत से मचा हड़कंप।

बताया जा रहा है कि एक यात्री चोटिल जिसके बाद डिप्टी SS ने ट्रेन रुकवाने का फैसला किया। इस बात को लेकर दोनों में हंगामा हो गया।

जिसके बाद RPF जवान डिप्टी SS नरेंद्र को घसीटकर थाने ले गए।

आगरा कैंट स्टेशन पर RPF कर्मियों और डिप्टी एसएस के बीच मारपीट से हड़कंप मच गया. आरोप है कि एक घायल यात्री के चलते डिप्टी एसएस ने ट्रेन रुकवाई, जबकि RPF कर्मी जितेंद्र यात्री को रोककर पैसे वसूलना चाहता था. विरोध करने पर विवाद बढ़ गया और डिप्टी एसएस के साथ मारपीट हुई. घटना के बाद ASI मेघराज मीणा, ASI बालकिशन, कांस्टेबल जितेंद्र और कांस्टेबल बदन सिंह को निलंबित कर दिया गया.

लखनऊ में वकीलों के लिए वैकल्पिक व्यवस्था किये बिना उनके चैंबर तोड़ना और विद्वान अधिवक्ताओं के ऊपर लाठीचार्ज करना घोर आपत्तिजनक और घोर निंदनीय है।

अधिवक्ता ही जब अन्याय का शिकार होंगे तो आम नागरिक को न्याय कैसे मिलेगा?

भाजपा में शामिल हो रहे भ्रष्टाचारियों को छोड़कर सब कुछ अवैध ही है क्या? अब उप्र के वकील मिलकर भाजपाइयों और उनके अन-रजिस्टर्ड संगी-साथियों के घर, दुकानों, कार्यालयों व प्रतिष्ठानों के नक्शे निकलवाकर उनके वैध-अवैध होने का प्रमाण ढूँढेंगे और अवैध निर्माणों के ध्वस्तीकरण के लिए याचिका दाख़िल करेंगे।

जिन अधिवक्ताओं ने आज़ादी की लड़ाई में दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी औपनिवेशिक ताक़त को हराकर भगा दिया था, वो उस औपनिवेशिक ताक़त के मुख़बिरों से क्या डरेंगे। अधिवक्ताओं की एकता और एकजुटता इन भ्रष्ट भाजपाइयों को भी हराएगी और हमेशा के लिए हटाएगी।

हम अपील करते हैं कि लाठीचार्ज में घायल हुए वकीलों का निशुल्क उपचार कराया जाए एवं उनके काम की क्षति के लिए मुआवज़ा भी दिया जाए।
