Dispute with Bank Alfalah Still Unresolved โ ๏ธ
On 13 Aug, I filed a complaint after being charged 4 times for a single transaction. I was told it would take 30โ45 days.
On 5 Sep, I called the helpline and was told the amount had been refunded โ but I hadnโt received it. The agent admitted the mistake and reassigned the complaint.
On 15 Sep, I followed up again. First told to wait 2 days, then received an email asking for 4,5 more days. Later that evening, another email arrived saying the complaint would be re-investigated from the start โ meaning another 30,45 days.
This cycle of delays and inconsistent communication is frustrating and erodes trust. Customers rely on banks for security, efficiency, and accountability โ not endless back-and-forth on simple disputes.
I hope #BankAlfalahPK treats this as constructive feedback and improves its dispute resolution process for all customers.
