BREAKING: MINISTRY OF HEALTH SAYS LARGEST MASSACRE THEY HAVE EVER SEEN

The Ministry of Health says that “never before in history has such a large array of mass killing tools been assembled and employed collectively in full view of the world as is happening now in Gaza by Israel.”

“The population is being deprived of water, food, medicine, electricity, and fuel, while the infrastructure is being crushed, all institutions destroyed, sewage systems disrupted, diseases spreading, the health system obliterated, and a siege tightly imposed with crossings closed, preventing the entry of supplies and medical delegations, as well as the transfer of patients abroad. The most powerful weapons are being used against unarmed civilians, humanitarian teams and ambulance crews are being targeted, rescue equipment and the evacuation of the wounded are being prevented, and mass killings are being carried out. Residents are being forced to evacuate their homes multiple times only to have them destroyed, leaving them without shelter or any safe place”, it added.

During the migration to the new healthcare job structures under pay harmonization, the highest qualifications obtained by healthcare workers were not taken into account, so we call for a review of the matter and transfer of employees to positions equivalent to their highest qualifications.

Under the current health sector technical job framework, overtime allowance for healthcare workers are limited to 10% of the employee's basic salary. However due to inadequate staffing, workers are asked to work beyond this limit. We demand to give overtime allowances to all healthcare workers.
