@RealTomPetrini Assume the medical cleared? Can't believe we got a guy who hasn't even turned 19 yet with a full season and some change under his belt.
@RealTomPetrini Oddly enough, it felt inevitable as it was unfolding. Every Spur needs to find out what they're made of, and we saw what we needed to see from it. Unfortunate, but not devastating to me.
Fox had 44 touches in the second half, the most of any Spur. Only 5 touched the paint. San Antonio scored 0.387 points per chance out of his touches. He shot 2-of-6 w/ 2 turnovers when defended by OG.
No one for the Spurs attempted more than six shots against any match-up.
@PaulCatalina Would be hilarious if he unashamedly bet on his own team in every contest during the season. Absolutely no way they could exercise retribution given the timeline.
This. Call it the XFL, pay players and realign teams that want to participate. Then get the schools that actually care about the tradition of AMATUER sports (no paying, no betting), and organize a league around them. See what fan bases follow.
Castle finishing through serious contact that repeatedly isn't called better get rewarded in the second half when light touches on NY shooters is getting rewarded. Winning in spite of the stripes at the moment.
Being out hustled on your own court despite being younger and more athletic is inexcusable for this team. They need to find some grit and rally to make this a series.
@_REALMC Hard to cut them in half when the two best ball handlers are out for the Spurs. Need Fox and Harper healthy in this series to pull it out. Also, need the refs to call the ridiculous holds/hooks from Hartenstein on Wemby. Unbelievable.
