@TorkWhisler The relationship isn’t necessarily gone, the regulators are becoming more scrutinizing.

So this isn’t necessarily a bad thing. Hopefully this helps farmers produce higher quality financials. The banks should not better understand your operation than you do.

@Damon_Becker @TorkWhisler Local decision making is certainly helpful, but that doesn’t necessarily mean more knowledgeable. Underwriters that understand Ag credits are just as valuable as the loan officers.
