I think this process is an interesting way to teach people that time budget shouldn't equate to time pressure. Hopefully there's a realisation that you need to budget for enough time to get the job done, with reverts and changes factored in, and some additional time to iterate or improve. It shouldn't be used as a deadline. You won't get the results you're looking for if you do that.

Signals are useful, but they can become misleading when people, institutions, or markets change how the signal is produced.

A key concept to address in AI:
Intelligence is not just having a large context window or a big memory. A model needs to know which evidence deserves special treatment, keeping that evidence from being washed out, and forcing it back into the decision process when it matters.

@JohanPoyhonen Three bottlenecks track for me too. Context governance, memory, skill routing. The fourth I'd add is provider routing. CheetahClaws ships an --model flag across Claude, GPT, Gemini, DeepSeek, Qwen, MiniMax. The harness is also a model arbitrage layer.
