@BMO I was promised a refund by #bmorewards on March 26 for my Air France flight that was cancelled in March. They said 6-7 weeks for refund. Then nothing, at 8 weeks I called again and they said sorry 10 weeks maximum, 16 weeks now and they can't do anything? Need my moneyback!
