They’re giving a $4.5 trillion tax gift to those making over $350,000/year & raising taxes on people making less AND raising the debt limit by $4 trillion. They lie!

They say no cuts to those programs but the budget res. they’re pushing instructs the committee that controls those services to cut $880 billion in spending. There is no other way for that committee to cut w/$880b from the budget w/o slashing Medicare, Medicaid+SSI.

Personally, I’m cool w/refugees but I suspect you aren’t. Food aid & other humanitarian programs win the ❤️s+🧠s of foreigners far more effectively than any of Trump’s tough 2/?

Btw, that work contributes to protecting the health & safety of US citizens domestically in many ways. That’s why it’s always had broad bipartisan support before. 2/2
