@bcooperDUKE I'm in Ottawa. I'll try that number again. I bought a 80v mower from Cdn Tire but batteries were dead and wont charge. (Nor on the charger from my 80v snowthrower) after 4 months I was sent 1 dead battery. Cdn Tire will refund me but no exchanges. Mower works fine.

Except the 1-888 number is dead. I've gotten terribly unsatisfactory support via email for DOA batteries. If you're a dealer do you have any insight on their lack of support?
