حملات تروریستی محله «گلدرزگرین» و آتش‌ زدن «دیوار جاویدنامان میهن» در لندن

در ماه‌های گذشته در شهر لندن چندین حمله تروریستی و سوءقصد علیه شهروندان یهودی و اماکن مقدس آنها از جمله در محله یهودی‌نشین گلدرزگرین لندن انجام شده است. حمله به کنیسه‌ها، آتش زدن آمبولانس‌های یک مرکز درمانی، و همچنین حمله با سلاح سرد به یهودیان این منطقه از نمونه حملات تروریستی بوده است.

از سوی دیگر سه هفته پیش «دیوار یادبود جاویدنامان میهن» که تصاویر جان‌باختگان انقلاب شیروخورشید را به نمایش گذاشته بود در این گذر دچار آتش‌سوزی عمدی شد.

ردپای جمهوری اسلامی و افراد وابسته یا مرتبط با سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی در این حملات تروریستی مشهود بود.

تلاش برای دستگیری عوامل اجرایی این حملات تروریستی از سوی پلیس ادامه دارد و تا زمان تنظیم این گزار�� دو متهم در پرونده آتش‌سوزی آمبولانس‌ها و سه متهم برای حمله با چاقو به ساکنان و حاضران در کنیسه، و یک زن و مرد در پرونده مربوط به آتش‌سوزی عمدی دیوار جاویدنامان، دستگیر شدند.

Birmingham Crown Court jailed Iranian national Sharhad (Sarhad) Rahmani for 3 years and 7 months after he bit part of a man's ear off during a violent attack in Birmingham.

The sentencing judge described the assault as a "savage piece of behaviour." Following his release from prison, Rahmani is expected to face deportation proceedings.

The victim was left permanently disfigured.

The footage shows a #MEK supporter striking the phone from an Iranian woman's hand, causing it to fall to the ground and injuring her finger.

The #MEK was once designated as a terrorist organisation by the UK, US and EU. Footage such as this inevitably raises questions about how much has really changed.

An Iranian woman is confronted in the streets of London by individuals identifying themselves as supporters of the MEK/NCRI.

Another incident in Golders Green Road, London.
Amir Hossain, a 41-year-old Iranian national, first confronted what appeared to be an Iranian cleric sitting inside a vehicle parked near the Memorial Wall on Golders Green Road.

This was followed by a further confrontation involving another man, identified by police as a 39-year-old Iraqi national. Moments later, Amir Hossain was run over by a Volvo driven by the Iraqi man and suffered life-threatening injuries.

Police have arrested the Iraqi man on suspicion of grievous bodily harm, causing serious injury by dangerous driving, and failing to provide a drugs sample.

Questions are now being raised regarding possible links between individuals involved and the Islamic Republic.

Transnational repression takes many forms and concerns about such activity in London continue to grow.

As internet access gradually returns to Iran after nearly 3 months, more footage and reports are beginning to surface from inside the country.
One newly circulated video reportedly shows armed anti-regime militants opening fire on a man said to be linked to the Basij outside a supermarket, before pursuing him into the building and escaping the scene.

Many now believe underground armed resistance networks are increasingly emerging in response to the regime’s repression.

در نیمه آبان ماه ۱۴۰۴، وقتی که فیلمبرداری فیلم «دادگاه تاریخ» را به پایان بردیم، هرگز گمان نمی‌بردیم که تنها دو ماه بعد، جمهوری اسلامی دست به جنایتی چندان بزرگ خواهد زد که نه تنها بر جنایت‌های گسترده و فراوانش در نیم قرن گذشته سایه اندازد، بلکه حتی نظیری برایش در تاریخ ایران و جهان نتوان یافت.

جمهوری اسلامی در ۱۸ و ۱۹ دی ماه، فقط در چند ساعت ده‌ها هزار تن از شهروندان ایرانی را کشت، ده‌ها هزار نفر را مجروح و ده‌ها هزار نفر دیگر را بازداشت کرد تا اندکی بعد به اسم اعدام و در لباس بی‌قواره‌ای به اسم قانون، دست به قتل آنان در زندان‌ها بزند.

این کشتار و سپس جنگی که جمهوری اسلامی بر ایران و ایرانیان تحمیل کرد، نمایش این فیلم را که قرار بود در فروردین ۱۴۰۵ در حاشیه نشست شورای حقوق بشر سازمان ملل متحد در ژنو انجام گیرد، به‌ناگزیر به تاخیر انداخت.

با این همه، تداوم جنایت و سوء استفاده از قوه قضاییه به‌عنوان بازوی اجرایی بیداد و سرکوب و قتل، حتی بیش از گذشته، مسئولیت جمعی ما برای اندیشیدن به نحوه اجرای عدالت در فردای پس از جمهوری اسلامی را سنگین‌تر کرده است.

چگونه می‌توان و باید هم به اجرای عدالت برای ملتی دادخواه متعهد ماند و هم، چرخه خشونت را در هم شکست و سرانجام به یکی از اصلی‌ترین خواسته‌های مردم که از انقلاب مشروطه تاکنون عملا تحقق نیافته، دست یافت و دستگاهی دادگستر بنیان نهاد که در آن، دادرسی در نهایت انصاف و عدل، شفافیت و با رعایت حقوق همگان، از شاکیان تا متهمان، و براساس قوانین پذیرفته‌شده جهانی و مبتنی بر اعلامیه جهانی حقوق بشر و کنوانسیون‌های بین‌المللی صورت گیرد.

دادگاه تاریخ، تلاشی برای به تصوی�� کشیدن چنین دادگاهی در ایرانِ رها شده از چنگ جمهوری اسلامی است؛ دادگاه‌هایی که می‌توانند تضمین‌کننده مسیر جمعی مردم ایران برای رسیدن به دموکراسی و آزادی و عدالت باشند و همچون فانوسی در طوفان حوادث، ساحلی را به ما نشان دهند که در آن ما یک بار برای همیشه از چرخه خشونت و تکرار آن رهایی یافته‌ایم.

همه امید ما این است که این فیلم مستند و داستانی، گامی در راستای تقویت همه تلاش‌ها در این جهت و کمکی به جنبش بزرگ دادخواهی مردم ایران باشد.

ساخت این فیلم بدون مشارکت بی‌دریغِ همه عوامل فیلم و یاری و مشورت بسیاری از حقوق‌‍دانان، کنشگران مدنی و سیاسی، سینماگران و هنرمندان و از همه مهم‌تر دادخواهانی که در همه این سال‌ها با همه دشواری‌ها، سوگ و اندوه و خشم و امید خود را نیروی برافراشتن پرچم دادخواهی کردند و این جنبش را به یکی از پایه‌های اصلی دموکراسی‌خواهی و پایبندی به حقوق بشر بدل ساختند، ممکن نبود.

دست همه این یاران را می‌فشاریم و امید آن داریم که این فیلم توانسته باشد بخشی از تلاش و نیز امید و رویای آنان را به تصویر کشیده باشد و تاکیدی دوباره بر این واقعیت باشد که بدون یک دستگاه قضایی مستقل، رسیدن به آزادی و عدالت، همچنان رویایی دوردست باقی خواهد ماند.

A trial date has been set for three defendants charged over the alleged arson incident near @IranIntl studios in northwest London.

The case is scheduled to begin on 25 January 2027 at the Central Criminal Court (Old Bailey).

The HQ of Persian-language TV channel Iran International @IranIntl_En was targeted in a firebomb attack yesterday. Police arrested 3 suspects (16, 19, 21) following a car chase.

This follows recent arson incidents involving a synagogue in Finchley and Jewish ambulances in Golders Green.

Attacks on opponents of the Islamic Republic and the Jewish community appear to be increasing, with 4 arson-related cases in 3 weeks, alongside numerous assault cases against the diaspora.

The @metpoliceuk have been notably proactive, making arrests swiftly.
