A Maruti Authorised Dealer(g'dam 370201) charged me an illegal 2.25% charge for a credit card payment.
RBI clearly prohibits such overcharging. How can an authorised workshop break rules so openly?

Purchased a washing machine from @Flipkart77221 and clearly mentioned First Floor. It's been 3 days, and the delivery person keeps asking me to arrange people to lift it. Spoke to @Flipkart support, but the issue still persists.

Indian railway is a scam.

Trains are late by 8-10 hours. I booked a train to go home for the festival, and the night before, I found out that the train was going to be 8 hours late. So, I canceled that booking and booked another train, and I only got a refund of 1050/-. I don't know how many of you are aware of this, but if a train is more than 3-4 hours late, you can file a TDR (Ticket Deposit Receipt) and get a complete refund. I did that, but I didn't receive the refund. Now, in this situation, what's the fault of a middle class person? Just that they're middle class? Indian Railways, please sort this out this is becoming worse day by day. @IRCTCofficial @AshwiniVaishnaw

I have face same issue with software @gst_clear since one year they are not able to solve my issue email done on april 12 ,2023 case no 00520940 case no #00520940 in progress consumer court

Today I received a call from Clear Tax, and now they have shifted the entire blame on me, claiming that ""i....@..." id was never added or even invite was never sent to this and only "a...@..." id was there.

This was they have been shifting their goal post from October-> November and now to January'24.

In October, it was their mistake, and now, in January, it is entirely my mistake. Today they said that I had never linked "i...@...." id. This they confirmed from their database. Database is their.... they can show anything...how can I confirm that.

One more thing I must appreciate is that their person is great in communication skills, and once you talk with him you will fill yourselves in guilt. The person is so good in communication skills and motivation that he can provoke such emotions that you can even commit suicide after listening to him.

Hidden message from Clear Tax is clear that stop raising your voice against us else.....!!

I'm interested to use their Enterprise Software, which they provide to Big Enterprises. This company behaves like a typical Lala Enterprise, which collects money from middle-class and provides all services to their creamy customers. This "Egositic" company collects hard-earned money.

The good thing about this company is that their website is good and has good articles, and their SEO is also good, which keeps them at the top. You know, from where they get this money to write good articles and manage SEO, its from the hard-earned money of us Tax Professionals!!
