5 lakhs bond is too high if the training was not provided of at least 1 year. It seems it’s another source of income for @bankofbaroda because more than 20% strength employees leave jobs with 2 years.

A complaint has been received from Municipal Corporation Chandigarh that while transferring funds from the Chandigarh Smart City Limited to MC, a dedicated account was opened in IDFC First Bank. In this regard, FDRs were issued by IDFC First Bank manager. Upon verification it was found that these FDs were fake. The FDs total amounts to Rs.116.84 crores. In this regard FIR has been registered under sections 318(4),338, 336(3), 340(2), 61(2), 316(5) under BNS.The involvement of the bank and MCC employees is under investigation: Chandigarh Police
@ANI@hsfaujdar Why you need Private banks to Park Government money when Government Bank exists ? @DFS_India should check what is going on in these banks. Private banks are luring government depts for parking deposits in these banks by going out of the way & then they mismanage those funds.

All because I spoke about what is happening inside Uttar Pradesh Gramin Bank under the leadership of Chairman #YS_Thakur.
Every single notice mentions my posts on X. So let the BANKERS see clearly what my crime was:
- I questioned humiliation of bankers in the name of targets
- I opposed unethical insurance pressure
- I spoke against abusive and fear based management style
- I raised concern about mental harassment of staff
- I demanded dignity for bankers
And the response?
Not dialogue. Not correction. Not transparency But legal intimidation
Is this leadership or suppression?
If a banker cannot speak about workplace pressure without receiving legal threats what kind of environment are we creating?
I ask openly, Are bankers employees or are they expected to be silent machines?
Instead of answering the issues seven Regional Managers chose to send notices.
Why such coordinated reaction to one voice?

I request, Please clarify whether raising ethical concerns is misconduct
- If targets are justified explain them transparently
- If insurance practices are ethical audit them openly

In response to the call given by the 21st All India Conference held at Puri, Odisha, the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) will observe 25th February as "Protest Day" throughout the country.
On this day, BMS units will organise dharnas and demonstrations at all district headquarters to mount pressure on both the Central and State Governments to resolve the long-pending issues faced by workers across various sectors and industries.
The BMS has consistently raised several pressing issues before the Government. However, the response has remained lukewarm and inadequate.
