@VirginMediaIE@VirginMediaIE it took nearly an entire hour before I spoke to someone. If you really took delays seriously you would place more staff on call lines which you never do. That is not an unusual experience. It's interesting those delays never occur on your sales lines.

@TMIrelandHelp We have a ticket ID number but it is just over 24 hours to the event, it is not good enough that it is not resolved yet. My mum had to travel to the event and it is not good enough to not know if she will have tickets or not.
