Since its upload in 2017, the viral Emirates A380 crosswind landing filmed by CargoSpotter has later been complemented by footage recorded by a passenger onboard the very same flight!
While the outside angle clearly shows the aircraft's swinging movements, rudder inputs and continuous crosswind corrections, the cabin view demonstrates how differently the same landing is experienced from inside the aircraft.

IndiGo 6E108 from Hyderabad touches down in Chandigarh today, plane’s still on the tarmac, and suddenly a passenger’s power bank catches fire 🔥 Smoke starts filling the cabin, but the cabin crew jumps in fast... controls the fire with extinguishers, deploys the emergency slides, and gets all 198 passengers + crew out safely.
IndiGo confirmed it was a personal electronic device. Fire was handled quickly, everyone moved to the terminal. A few reports of minor injuries during the evacuation rush, but overall everyone’s okay. Massive respect to the crew for staying calm and executing protocol perfectly.

SWISS A330 from Delhi to Zurich aborted takeoff after left engine fire. Quick reject, emergency evacuation via slides. Six passengers hospitalized with minor injuries. 228 people on board. Crew did a solid job.
Long runway, likely 29R, rejection of takeoff well below V1 (decision) speed. Sounds like the right call.

Australia had a famous uncontained failure of a RR Trent 972 in 2010, with a Qantas A380 almost crashing as a result.

@TheKairosPulse Rotate speed too low. Either due to flap mismatch or performance calculation/entry issue, which commanded a power setting that was too low.
