We’ve identified a few minor bugs and performance issues within the app, and our team is already working on fixing and optimizing them.

Several issues have already been resolved, and we’re continuing to improve the app through regular updates to provide a smoother and more reliable experience for everyone.

Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the #UORM app to receive the latest fixes and improvements.

If you notice any small issues, don’t worry we’re actively working on them and expect the app to become more optimized with each update.

🇪🇺 Europe — europe-west2
🌍 Africa — africa-south1
🌍 Middle East — me-central1
🇯🇵 Asia — asia-northeast1

The following servers are currently unavailable:

🇭🇰 China / Hong Kong — asia-east2
🌏 Southeast Asia — asia-southeast1

If you’re still experiencing connection issues, switching to the US or Japan server is recommended. A US or Japan VPN may also help in regions where connectivity to our infrastructure is restricted.

The first KYC application phase has now closed, and new KYC submissions are temporarily paused. Reviews and follow-up checks for existing applicants are still in progress.

🔁 Rejected Applications

Users whose KYC applications were rejected may correct their information and resubmit.

Please make sure your ID and verification photos are clear, and that your name and personal details match the information shown on your identification document.

⏳ Pending Reviews & Resubmissions

If your application is currently pending, or if you have already resubmitted after a rejection, no further action is required at this time.

These applications are being reviewed in order. Updated approval or rejection results are expected to become available next week.

📱 App Update in Progress

An app update is also underway, including KYC status tracking and usability improvements.

Once the update is complete, full details on the new features and how to use them will be shared through our official channels.
