@Anil58471701 @pnbindia Even that is not the issue. Life certificate has also been done - in-person, at the branch. It’s just lack of sensitivity, lack of customer service, and the issue of efficiency.
@pnbindia If ever there was a contest for the most unfriendly & inefficient bank, PNB would top. My 85 year old mother has been struggling for her family pension for over a year. And this, despite the bank getting her for in-person for life certificate, and countless visits by us
@pnbindia@pnbindia Your non responsiveness, despite an escalation of this serious natures, is yet another evidence of the cultural and Value System problem of PNB. I hope you realize how serious an issue withholding pension for over a year is. Don’t behave like GOD.
@pnbindia … was done in March 2024 by a bank official, with assurance that the issue will get sorted, but did not. We took mother to the branch in-person in November end 2024 (see attachment) but still no results. Not even mentioning our countless visits to the branch. Unbelievable!!
@pnbindia We are dealing with PNB Pitampura Delhi. First it took over a year to get the pension started because the branch chaps misplaced the documents. It stopped in Dec 23 for life certificate, which incidentally had been submitted in Sept/ Oct 23, but misplaced. A video verification…
@airindia That mechanical response smacks of insensitivity. You don’t even know, and evidently don’t care, what happened. When an Organization like an airlines doesn’t even ensure they are not using faulty equipment, that too something like an Ambulift, what’s an apology worth?
@airindia Horrible experience. One of the worst ever landing with you at IGIA AI 102 from JFK. After over an hour from landing, passenger still stuck in Ambulift. What mess!! No coordination of staff.
The crew has gone home a while ago, no one from Air India bothered about passengers stuck in the Ambulift. No one at airport bothered about what’s going on. @airindia Shame on you #airindia
Having paid to travel business class, the broken ambulift is unable to disembark passengers. Unwell passenger now stuck for over an hour, without even a fan!! Gone to dogs.

What a treat of an annual report by #alletec. Presenting everything that should be presented - detailed case studies, management discussion, growth drivers etc. Doing stuff like a mainboard frontline IT company. Treat to read.
