Friends move to UK 2-3 years ago with their son.

Their son was into racing. He participated in a local event and the coach decided to train him. He has participated in many race - won a few, loss a few.

Now, he is going to another country for a month of training. The academy has offered his parents to visit for a week to see arrangements.

He is also done with his school here.

His mom words - in a India , his school
Teacher told us - your son needs to be in the special need school as he is not “fit” for normal school.

She asked for reasons and teachers said - low marks.

उनके चेहरे पर उदासी है क्योंकि Blinkit ने उनके साथ धोखा क��या है।

घर में रात को मेहमान आने वाले थे।

एमरजेंसी में उन्होंने Blinkit से तुरंत एक पंखा ऑनलाइन ऑर्डर किया।

सामान आ गया, लेकिन उसका एक मेन पार्ट गायब था।

₹3800 का पंखा बिना उस पार्ट के बिल्कुल बेकार था।

उन्होंने तुरंत स्टोर को फोन करके सामान बदलने को कहा।

स्टोर ने कहा कि दूसरा स्टॉक नहीं है, हम नहीं बदलेंगे।

मैडम ने कहा कि फिर रिटर्न करके रिफं�� कर दो।

स्टोर ने मना कर दिया और बोला कि पंखे के ब्रांड से बात करो।

मैडम ने ब्रांड के कस्टमर केयर पर बात की तो उन्होंने कहा कि Blinkit से ही बात करो।

मैडम ने फिर Blinkit से रिप्लेसमेंट या रिफंड की गुहार लगाई लेकिन उन्होंने साफ मना कर दिया।

मैडम का ₹3800 का नुकसान हो गया और पंखा किसी काम का नहीं है।

अब उन्होंने तय कर लिया है कि जिंदगी में कभी Blinkit से कुछ नहीं खरीदेंगी।

यह कंपनियों की लापरवाही का बड़ा सबूत ���ै।

मैडम को भी सोचना चाहिए कि सब्जी मंगाने वाले ऐप से इलेट्रॉनिक सामान मंगाएगी तो रोना ही पड़ेगा।
