Very disappointed with @AmazonIN @UrbanLadder! Ordered a Sofa, promised for delivery today. It was "Out for delivery" at 3:21 PM, Kept waiting all day for seller in-house delivery! Give me an immediate fixed delivery deadline within 24 hours or cancel & issue a full refund
