Generative AI is a political project orchestrated by the US government to pollute the information ecosystem until it becomes impossible to verify information, the goal is unchecked corruption and impunity
Received my official suspension today.
I will no longer be a certified professor of Pokémon.
Interestingly, despite many touting their update as “transparency” - P!P says that I don’t have the full information/details of the ruling.
Officially, we are all in the dark…
Good idea putting chat into subscribers only mode so that no one can talk about how you robbed @Firestar73_ of his championship. Smart move. #JusticeForFirestar
The "incident" you are now, for the first time, claiming was the basis of the decision did not affect the gameplay at all, yet decided the whole tournament. Section 2.1 requires a "clear explanation of any infraction and its penalty" and I was never given this as the basis at all
@Neurodylan I hope the next winner snaps their headphones in half and spikes the phone into the floor like they just scored a touchdown in the Superbowl
I know tournaments are just continuing on, but the GO community is still awaiting any official comment on the contested tournament-defining decision to award a game and match loss to @Firestar73_ in the Orlando grand finals. Anything to say, @playpokemon? 🎤

I know the lack of response from official channels is extremely frustrating, but harassing judges, racist/homophobic comments, and spreading hatred is incredibly harmful to what we want to accomplish. I'm still very upset by this situation, but those actions are never ok.
Pokémon Go fans are in uproar over the "embarrassing" decision to disqualify the winner of this year's Orlando Regional Championship, following a celebration that was allegedly deemed unsportsmanlike. https://t.co/v1c9AgnVON
Dear @pokemon,
At the Orlando Pokémon Regional Championships 2026.
Firestar73 was celebrating his victory respectfully and without any misconduct, showing clear sportsmanship toward his opponent.
However, we have learned that his win was subsequently nullified and awarded to his opponent, effectively stripping him of his rightful champion title.
This decision appears deeply unjust. Based on the available information, there is no indication of any behavior that would warrant such a ruling.
I respectfully request that this case be reviewed, that an apology be issued to Firestar73, and that his hard-earned and well-deserved title be reinstated.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
@Firestar73_@MountnDewgong Regardless of the outcome, your run was my favorite day 2 performance I've ever seen. Absolutely phenomenal play and in-game reads against a gauntlet of top-class players.
@playpokemon I think the PoGo community would love an official response to exactly what @Firestar73_ did that would warrant him forfeitting a game. He had one of the most emotional and impressive finals victories of all time in Pokemon go and was understandably excited to win
