Ordered Ambrane data cable, and have following issues:
-Got different data cable from Ambrane, when raised return request they rejected while data cable is under return policy of 30 days, now again raised return request they again rejected.

We had to stay outside the hotel room at midnight, then we booked a different hotel locally and stayed there.
This is not the first time when we had to face such difficulty because of oyo hotel staffs.

He was blaming us of being drunken. When we called the customer service center of oyo, they were not at all supportive, he told us to do whatever we can do but he didn't say anything to the hotel staff.
