@DFSCare When we mail DFS they don't respond. When we call them. They say they don't have a clue. Keep in mind they took upfront payment. So in total when we order from DFS we have to wait 5 months

@DFSCare We ordered a Chesterfield sofa worth more thant 5500 pounds. got it delivered after one month of the proposed delivery date. When the sofa delivered they realised that the legs are missing. Now we have to wait another 8 weeks. Can we take DFS to court.
