First, @MakeMyTrip @makemytripcare denied my claim not once, but thrice. Now, miraculously, they acknowledge their fault after valid proof. But after two weeks, all they offer is a refund for the cab fare instead of the missed flight cost. @Rajesh_Magow How Is this justified??
