यह मामला ऐन मौके पर जस्टिस एस.सी. शर्मा और एन. के. सिंह की बेंच में भेजा गया और वहां से इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के आर्डर को स्टे करवा लिया गया।

As his advocate Abhik Chimni told the High Court of Gujarat, Ravi doesn’t deserve to be in jail for even a single minute. Unless the Supreme Court intervenes, his bail application will not be heard before coming Wednesday. This is shocking and shameful. How can a non-bailable warrant be issued without prior notice or the issuance of a bailable warrant. All this is happening at the behest of one of the richest men in the world who happens to be a close friend of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and he is oligarch Gautam Adani. ৩) সেই মতো জেলা কারিয়াকর্তা সংবাদ মাধ্যম কে জানাবেন
৪) ছোট কারিয়াকর্তা কে খবর দেওয়া হবে
৫) ছোট কারিয়াকর্তা ৮/১০ জনের টীম নিয়ে ডিমের ক্রেট নিয়ে "ক্ষোভ" জানাতে পৌঁছে যাবেন
