@manoj_216 That's not giving short term trading any advantage. It's restricting loss to get carried forward even by setting it of with tax free portion of long term gain.
On the other side, long term loss is not set off against STCG to charge 20% tax even when there's loss in long term.

@iAtulB @DrNimoBhau @Dev_Fadnavis कारण आरक्षणाचा हेतू किमान प्रतिनिधित्व देणे हा आहे. आरक्षित वर्गांचे प्रतिनिधित्व मर्यादित करणे नव्हे.
जर तुम्ही जे सांगत आहात तसे केले तर 12% पेक्षा जास्त अनुसूचित जातीचे किंवा 10% पेक्षा जास्त EWS उमेदवार निवड होऊच शकणार नाही. हे आरक्षण नव्हे उलट मर्यादित करणे झाले.

त्यामुळे त्या खाण्याचा प्रश्नच उद्भवत नाही.
आधी खुल्या प्रवर्गाच्या जागा मेरिट वर भरल्या जातील ज्यासाठी सगळे पात्र आणि नंतर आरक्षित जागा त्या त्या गटा नुसार
