NMO has been consistently demanding for Uniform system for UG & PG Medical education across the country & glad to know that @MoHFW_INDIA has proposed to replace NBEMS, NBE with a new autonomous board Board of Examination in Medical Science(BEMS) under @NMC_IND.
I would like to bring to your kind attention that bone pieced were found in vegetarian food being served at J&K TRC Srinagar for pilgrims and serving doctors of Shri Amarnathji Yatra. Kindly take appropriate action against the same. @DghsIndia@PMOIndia@drmonika_langeh
34% result for DNB Ortho theory out of which only 20% for Post MBBS DNB in 1st attempt. Again @NBEMS_INDIA will fail majority in practical & hardly 10% will pass in 1st attempt. What is sense of 3 yr DNB course?only to provide cheep labour to hospitals? Stop DNB @mansukhmandviya
Passing % of dnb should be similar to md ms.Xm should be in a @NMC_IND directed pattern.Theory paper should b manually checkd by both internal n external during practical xms in home center.Provision f reevaluation is must.@FordaIndia@FAIMA_INDIA_ @NBEMS_INDIA @Association_DNB
@NBEMS_INDIA at it's usual best.. publishing selective numbers which defend its narrative.. giving out results of all DNB subjects together is of no use.. Its established now that passing percentage is low beyond hope in few subjects like orthopedics, pediatrics, ENT,pathology.
We want our DNB teachers as DNB examiners in theory & practical. If DNB teachers can't be MD examiners then why MD teachers be DNB examiners ? MD examiners having inferiority complex towards DNB I. e; vary low passing rate of DNB candidates @mansukhmandviya @NBEMS_INDIA
RTI data- 60 percent MD MS also fail DNB exam. Does India need such exam at the cost of public health. NBE exam was introduced to achieve UK standards as Indian PG was banned in UK back then. Purpose was to enable doctors to migrate west. @MoHFW_INDIA @NBEMS_INDIA @PMOIndia
