Sandra Bernklau is UNFPA Representative in Cambodia. We first met in Fiji years ago and I knew her as a champion of human rights.

Only now I learned that in 1990s Sandra was UNV Coordinator in the Pacific, supporting volunteers in Marshall Islands, Micronesia & Palau as they emerged into independence.
