Swiss Startup Uses Brain Organoids as Biological Computers
Finalspark, a Swiss startup, has developed a groundbreaking platform that utilizes brain organoids for computing purposes.
By growing mini-brains from reprogrammed human skin cells, they aim to harness the superior energy efficiency of biological neurons.
This innovative approach could lead to new types of hybrid computers, merging biological and artificial intelligence.
Finalspark's platform allows researchers remote access to 16 organoids, facilitating the exploration of organic intelligence.
