my hot take:
if you’re not getting interviews, you’re either applying for roles that don’t align with your background or your resume isn’t positioned well enough for the roles you’re targeting.
if you’re getting interviews but not getting past the first round, you’re probably underprepared for recruiter screens.
if you’re consistently getting to final rounds but not getting offers, someone is probably beating you on depth.
every stage has a different failure point. diagnose the stage instead of treating the whole job search like one problem.
i think i’ve earned the right to say this after months of active experimentation.
in all of this, marry rich. it will save you a lot of headache 😭
You'd be surprised how much people have moved and changed while you still reminisce and cherish all those moments.
My experience was funny too, in my mind I'm like did I commit a crime? Wish I could reverse the time and just ignore
I was so close to a primary school mate. We lost contact and 16yrs later someone created a group and added us. I asked if she was there and someone tagged her.
I screamed 'Hi Aminnaaa'
She asked who? I sent my name and a picture She said 'Oh'
Nothing else
Na once my body calm

A woman has just given birth.
Everybody is happy. Then suddenly, she starts bleeding.
This is postpartum haemorrhage, and when it happens, no one has time to ask where the drug, tranexamic acid or TXA is.
That drug, Tranexamic acid can help reduce deaths from bleeding when it is given early after PPH starts.
So if a facility is providing emergency obstetric care, TXA should not be something they start looking for when the emergency has started.
It should be there.
As a man, if your wife is preparing to give birth, ask if the facility has TXA available. Same thing if you’re pregnant and preparing for delivery.
Ask questions. Know what is available.
Prepare before the emergency comes.
RT so that expectant mothers and fathers can see this very important message.
