@BestBuySupport I already placed a replacement order with Amazon. I now know that when Best Buy says pickup in an hour, it may mean some unspecified future time. Thanks for getting back to me though. The chatbot and chat agent I communicated with before I cancelled my order didn’t help either.
Hey @BestBuy the part about picking up an item is NOT “just an estimate” as the clerk at the store just told me, I think it’s a deceptive trade practice. Wasted time. Order cancelled since item wasn’t available for pickup 6 hours after order and 4 hours after store opened.
Oh @FedExHelp — I was waiting for a package delivery estimated by 11:10am EDT and the tracking showed the truck was close; now there’s no way for me to see the truck and no estimate other than by 8pm. What happened?

@FedExHelp I appreciate that the rep that responded here was able to fix the FedEx delivery problems so that I received my package on the original scheduled delivery date. And while I got the package, I thought folks would like to see the proof of delivery photo I received.
Hey @fedexhelp - Extremely disappointed in @FedEx — a delay entirely within FedEx control doesn’t result in automatic upgrade to Saturday delivery? Ridiculous!
@ATTHelp@ATT For the sake of completeness, I’ll note that at the 2 hour mark on the phone, the third representative I spoke to on the phone resolved the problems at about the same time as a DM representative provided contact info. This one is done.
Hey @ATTHelp -- I've been on the phone with now two representatives for over 50 min trying to transfer service from iPhone 13 Pro Max to iPhone 15 Pro Max, a phone I ordered directly from @ATT and I still have not service and can't transfer to the new phone. This is ridiculous!
@ATTHelp I have sent a DM 20 min ago. I'm now up to 80 min on the phone with reps. This is not just ridiculous, it's outrageous! What's the point of pre-ordering @ATT if I can't get the service. I upgraded from a long-existing account & this isn't my first upgrade: it has been the worst!
