Historically, being wealthy and part of the aristocratic class came with high standards of presentation, decorum, aspirational ideals made manifest
This modernist take "real wealth is dressing like shit and looking like a slob in public" would have disgusted your ancestors and everything western civilization was built on
Agency owners will limit their calendar to ‘business hours’ so they can look professional.
Meanwhile you just end up losing money.
Bc your cost per call is 2x what it should be.
I’m telling you:
1 - Open weekends.
2 - Open evenings.
Convenience is key.
Prospects will not think you’re more ‘cool’ if you close off your schedule lmao.
@maxwellcopy I've had decent sized SaaS brands book calls in my calendly with a few hours notice only to no show and just expect to put a slot in whenever they want without any heads up. It's a great way to take their temperature for how they'll be as a client 👎
How is someone physically capable of picking a time on your calendar, booking that time slot for the SAME DAY, and then no-showing the call
Just incredible stuff
One of my favorite lessons I’ve learnt from working with smart people:
Action produces information. If you’re unsure of what to do, just do anything, even if it’s the wrong thing. This will give you information about what you should actually be doing.
Sounds simple on the surface - the hard part is making it part of your every day working process.
There’s nothing more enticing than a customer telling you “if you take good care of me on this project, I know a lot of people I can refer you to”. These types of people will never refer you.
