A few years ago, building all of this would have required significant engineering resources and manpower.
Today, even a small team can build its own automated marketing team.
It’s an incredible time to be building.
1/
I recently built an AI-powered marketing team for my e-commerce business.
We used to spend hours writing social posts, editing videos, finding content to engage with, and deciding what products to promote.
Now, AI handles most of the groundwork.
5/
The surprising part?
Around 90% of the AI-generated output now meets our expectations.
We mostly review and make small adjustments, giving us more time for new ideas and products.
4/
AI also helps us:
Track trending posts and keywords
Find conversations worth engaging with
Edit videos in our preferred style
Plan SEO, AEO, and GEO
Experiment with AI-assisted advertising
3/
We sell 100+ products, so AI also checks:
Which products haven’t been featured recently?
Which old assets can be reused?
Which successful content can be repackaged?
Good content shouldn’t be used only once.
2/
We use the Threads API to collect our past posts and performance data.
AI analyzes what worked, distills the patterns, and generates new content that matches our brand style.
Tried combining Claude Code with video-use repo for a side project.
What used to take 6–8 hours of reviewing footage, selecting clips, editing, adding music, and subtitles now takes 1–2 hours.
AI handles the repetitive work, so I can focus on the creative decisions.
