Ketosis is not some fad health craze.
It is the normal healthy nutritional state that humans
existed in for the last 2.5 million years until
the agricultural revolution ~12,000 years ago.
Our metabolism evolved to be in this state.
Why is everyone so afraid of ketosis now?
"People Are Brainwashed Into Drinking Too Much Water."

"Water Intoxication Is Diluting Your Electrolytes, Damaging Your Kidneys & Lowering Your Stomach Acid."
"20 Years Ago No One Carried Water Bottles Everywhere With Them & No One Had Electrolyte Deficiency."
Excessive water intake dilutes electrolytes, strains kidneys & stresses adrenal glands.
True cellular hydration happens through metabolism, not just by drinking water. Hydration on a cellular level requires crucial unrefined minerals like potassium, sodium & magnesium to enter the cell wall. Listen to your body—drink when thirsty, including unrefined mineral sea salt to water for proper hydration.
Avoid drinking with meals which dilutes stomach acid. Drinking liquids during meals can lead to bloating, indigestion & nutrient malabsorption.
Your stomach likes to maintain an acidity level of 1 to 1.5 on the pH scale (2nd highest stomach acidity next to vultures), which break down proteins, stimulates the release of digestive enzymes & absorption of vitamins.
But when you drink during meals, you slow down the entire process, water has a pH of 7, which leads to bloating & acid reflux.
Too much water creates dilution of your electrolytes in your blood & damage to your adrenals that depend on those electrolytes. So you end up in greater stress & it becomes a vicious cycle for the health 'set point' of your kidneys.
Gradually break free from the habit of constant hydration for healthier balance and real cellular wellness. Slowly break your water addiction to whatever your body tells you it needs when you're thirsty. Drink when thirsty & rehydrate with water & crucial minerals during times of high heat & perspiration.

You can’t fix insulin resistance, fatty liver, type 2 diabetes, or obesity with meds alone. These are diet-driven conditions. And the solution starts on your plate.
A doctor who doesn’t understand nutrition can keep you alive, but they can’t help you thrive.
63% of doctors are overweight or obese.
That's a mere 7% less than the American public at 70%.
If your doctors are just as sick as the general population, how much stock can you put in their health advice?
I’ve watched hundreds of patients drop their A1C from diabetic to normal in 4–6 months.
No new meds. Just real food and well-timed fasting.
They lost weight, reversed fatty liver, ditched BP meds, and got their energy back.
Food is the most powerful drug we’re not prescribing.
@SamaHoole Sad, most people don't know what LDL is, and they'll assume it's bad cause it went up and then will not consider the diet or stop it all together. People are sheeple.
Doctor: You have to stop this carnivore diet that has cured your diabetes, obesity, gout, high blood pressure, heartburn, and sleep apnea.
Patient: Why?
Doctor: Because your LDL has gone up.
The average American diet is 55% carbs, mostly from refined starches. These not only spike blood sugar like table sugar does, they’re often genetically modified, bringing unknown risks with every bite.
They feed pigs seed oils, corn, and soy to fatten them up as quickly as possible.
And then tell you that seed oils, whole grains, and legumes will help you lose weight.
Think about it.
Please don't ignore skin tags.
They are often a cutaneous marker
for impaired carbohydrate metabolism
and metabolic dysfunction.
"skin tags should be considered
clinical markers of hyperinsulinemia."

No matter what diet you follow, the ones that actually work all have one thing in common: they cut the junk, ditch ultra-processed food, minimize sugar, and prioritize real, whole food.
When I weighed 285lbs, ate processed foods often, didn't exercise, had low energy, my total cholesterol was 170s, & all my labs "looked good" according to my doctor, I was considered "healthy."
Now, I weigh around 170lbs, don't eat any processed foods, carbs, or sugars, I exercise all the time, have plenty of energy, feel great, my total cholesterol is in the high 200s to low 300s, but I'm considered "unhealthy" by many primary providers.
They are so wrong.
Most doctors aren't trained in nutrition, they're trained to prescribe. Medical education is heavily influenced by Big Pharma, leaving lifestyle tools like diet and stress management overlooked, even when they're more effective than drugs.

@dank The only border solution we ever needed was for our president to do his job: Secure the border & deport illegals.
Trump proved it.
You are full of it.
