fwiw i wouldn't:
1) use special characters in URLs,
2) have pages lying around like this at the root of the website
3) have random numbers/parameters in the URLs (ex https://t.co/jG2I1eFvEl)
imo it's not super clean, UX friendly and can create problems like the above if you rely a lot on agents to manipulate these URLs
might be a good idea to have a dedicated subfolder like /contributors/ or /writers/ or something, and keep slugs simple and consistent like /writers/laura-entis
